Let’s discover this mythic area in the heart of Central Asia: the Fergara Valley, part of the Silk Route, is a rich region thanks of the many exchange of peoples, knowledge, culture, arts and crafts.

Villages and ethnic groups

Karakol, Yerdyk, Kochkor and Son Kol Lake
Where we will meet the Dungans and their lifestyle. We will visit mosques, churches and workshops of local artisans. We will have the opportunity to meet the shepherds and taste their Kumys, fermented mare's milk, Ayran and Kurt. We will see a demonstration of the construction of the yurts.

Ak Moiun
Opportunity to meet the Kirgiz, who have fully preserved the traditions of the ancestors.

Eski Khakulobod, Marguilan and Kokand

Transition and entry route to Uzbekistan. We will visit both the village and the market of different types of animals in Eski Khakulobod. In Marguilan we will visit a silk factory and market, the famous Rishtan pottery and in Kokand the Khudayarkhan Palace and Jomiy Mosque.

Cities and monuments of the Silk Road

Bukhara
Wonderful artistic city, framed in the great silk route. Bukhara was the home of famous Islamic poets, such as Firdausa and Rudaki. The city retains much of its oriental character, keeping more than 140 unique monuments. Visit of the main monuments: Visit of the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, the Chashma Ayub well, the market, the Bolo Khause mosque, the Citadel, the Ark, the Poi Kolon complex and the Kosh square, which is made up of the Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrassa , Bakhauddin Nakshbandi Complex and Sitora-I-Mokhi-Khosa Summer Palace, Chor Bakr Complex, Chor Minor Madrassah and Labi Khaus Complex.

Samarkanda
Mythical city of dreams, which appears in the tales of One Thousand and One Nights. We will visit the Reguistan Square, the great Bibi-Khanum mosque, the famous Samarkand market, the Imam al Bukhara complex, the Ulugbek Observatory on Mount Chupan-Ata, the famous Samarkand paper workshop, in the town of Koni Guil, Registan Square, the Afrosiab Museum and its excavations, the Shakhi-Zindad complex and the Guri Emir mausoleum.

Taskent
It is the capital of Uzbekistan and its main economic and cultural center. During the tour we will visit the old part of the city, where we can admire the Hazrat Imam complex, the Chor Su market, the largest bazaar in Uzbekistan and we will visit some metro stations. In the new part of the city we will visit the Independence Square with the monument dedicated to the victims of the Second World War, the famous Opera and Ballet Square, as well as the Amir Temur Square.
